LeaderShape Consulting: Turning Leadership Vision Into Measurable Results
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Corporate leadership culture is full of language about vision. Organisations spend significant time defining purpose, aligning strategy, and articulating ambitious plans for growth. Yet many leaders quietly recognise a persistent problem: vision often fails to translate into sustained performance. This gap between intention and execution is the problem that LeaderShape Consulting was built to address.

Founded in 2017 by Glenn Price and Terry Reynolds, LeaderShape Consulting emerged from a shared observation formed over decades working inside global consulting firms, financial institutions, and transformation programs. Both founders had spent much of their careers operating in environments where leadership decisions were not abstract concepts but operational realities with measurable outcomes. Strategy, they learned, only matters when it is executed deliberately.

Today, LeaderShape Consulting positions itself at the intersection of leadership development, strategy execution, and organisational culture. The firm’s work spans keynote speaking, executive coaching, strategy facilitation, and leadership capability programs, all built around a central premise: leadership is not simply about inspiration or personality. It is a disciplined craft that requires clarity, behavioural alignment, and accountability.

A Global Perspective on Leadership Performance

LeaderShape Consulting’s perspective is shaped heavily by the international experience of its founders. Glenn Price, a behavioural change and transformation consultant, previously served as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Learning and Performance at TeleTech Consulting (formerly rogenSi). In that role he oversaw teams operating across London, Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and New York, working with multinational organisations undergoing large-scale operational and cultural change.

Terry Reynolds brings a similarly global background. Beginning his career in senior human resources roles within Australia’s financial services sector, he later moved into international leadership positions managing consulting businesses across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East before returning to Australia. His work as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner and executive performance coach informs the behavioural and psychological aspects of LeaderShape Consulting’s methodology.

Together, the pair draw on experience advising organisations across sectors including financial services, telecommunications, energy, healthcare, technology, and consumer industries. Their work has involved collaboration with major global brands and executive teams navigating complex transformation efforts.

Strategy and Behaviour in the Same Conversation

A distinguishing feature of LeaderShape Consulting’s approach is its refusal to treat strategy and human behaviour as separate disciplines. Many leadership programs focus on strategic planning while others emphasise mindset, culture, or personal development. LeaderShape Consulting deliberately integrates both.

The firm’s programs explore how leaders establish strategic clarity while simultaneously shaping the behaviours required to deliver on those commitments. This includes how teams hold one another accountable, communicate under pressure, and sustain performance when the initial momentum of a strategic plan begins to fade.

In practical terms, this philosophy underpins three core areas of work:

  • Strategy execution focuses on helping organisations translate high-level strategic plans into measurable actions. This often involves developing clear performance frameworks, accountability systems, and leadership alignment processes.
  • Leadership development remains central to the company’s work. Programs are designed to build leadership capability across individuals and teams, recognising that organisational performance often mirrors the behaviours and standards established by its leaders.
  • Employee and customer experience initiatives explore the relationship between internal engagement and external results. The premise is straightforward: organisations rarely deliver exceptional customer outcomes unless employees understand, believe in, and contribute to the strategy guiding their work.

The Ideas Behind “Vision to Results,” Price and Reynold’s New Book

Much of LeaderShape’s philosophy is captured in Glenn Price and Terry Reynolds’ new book, “Vision to Results: Strategy Execution Made Easy,” released in October 2025.

The book examines a familiar challenge inside organisations: leaders articulate ambitious goals, yet teams struggle to convert those ambitions into consistent action. Drawing on years of consulting and leadership development work, Price and Reynolds outline a framework designed to help organisations close that gap.

Rather than presenting strategy as a theoretical exercise, Vision to Results focuses on the mechanics of execution. It explores how leaders build alignment across teams, establish accountability structures, and maintain momentum through periods of change or uncertainty. The framework emphasises clarity, behavioural consistency, and measurable progress at every level of the organisation.

The book has become a reference point for LeaderShape’s broader work. Many of the firm’s keynote presentations, workshops, and leadership programs draw directly from the principles and tools introduced in the text, translating the ideas into interactive environments where leaders can test them against real operational challenges.

Leadership as a System, Not an Event

LeaderShape’s broader philosophy challenges a common assumption within leadership development: that improvement comes primarily through inspirational moments or isolated training programs. Instead, the firm approaches leadership as a system that connects strategy, behaviour, culture, and performance.

This systems-based view informs the firm’s integrated offering. Strategy facilitation sessions help leadership teams clarify priorities and direction. Keynote presentations introduce practical frameworks that encourage leaders to rethink how execution occurs inside their organisations. Executive coaching supports individual leaders as they apply those frameworks within their own teams. Leadership programs then reinforce the same principles across the wider organisation.

In effect, each component reinforces the others. Strategy informs coaching conversations. Leadership programs reinforce the behavioural expectations set by senior executives. Keynotes provide a shared language that teams can use to discuss performance and accountability.

Changing the Shape of Leadership

Since its founding, LeaderShape Consulting has worked with organisations across multiple continents and industries, supporting leadership teams navigating growth, cultural change, and operational transformation. While the firm operates within the crowded leadership development sector, its focus on execution rather than aspiration has become a defining feature.

The company’s stated mission, to develop ambitious leaders who deliver results through inspired teams, reflects that emphasis. Rather than positioning leadership as an abstract quality, LeaderShape frames it as a practical discipline that can be learned, refined, and measured.
