Marianna has recently created a financial literacy course for small business owners, to help teach them the fundamentals of business finances and how to understand and analyse their own business performance. Clients will start by identifying their money stories and the impact things can have on their own business performance, and then develop a plan to manage their business finances moving forward. The course topics include; identifying your money story, understanding financial statements, creating a financial fitness plan and using metrics to achieve goals, with the course outcomes being the ability to move towards financial fitness with a plan while understanding the foundation principles of business finances.
