EO Entrepreneurs Are Growing 8 Times Faster Than Average Australian Businesses
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

At a time when many Australian small businesses are struggling to scale, new analysis reveals that members of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization – EO in Australia have achieved an average annual growth rate of 30%, effectively doubling their businesses over a three-year period. This far surpasses the national small

business growth rate, of 3.7% per annum, amounting to just 11.5% growth over the same three-year period.

This data shows that the average Australian Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO)  member business is growing eight times faster, or achieving 935% more growth, than the national benchmarks set by the 2024 Xero Small Business  Insights Australia Update.

Ash Woodcock, EO Member and Founder of RPM Hire, says, “When I joined Entrepreneurs’ Organization, our revenue sat at $6 million. This year, we’re tracking towards $50 million.  That’s 800% growth over seven years — and we now operate nationally, not  just in one state.”

Ash continues, “If you’re only considering Entrepreneurs’ Organization for the business benefits, you’re missing out. True growth happens when you improve yourself, your business,  and your family life all at once. The EO philosophy really proves that you can  really improve all elements at once.”

Beyond impressive sales figures, the Entrepreneurs’ Organization’s human-first, community-driven model has been key to helping Australian businesses scale sustainably. By fostering genuine peer-to-peer connection among entrepreneurs on a local and global scale, while prioritising mental wellbeing and personal growth, EO has created a proven approach enabling entrepreneurs to drive sustainable and meaningful business growth.

Jeremy Goldman, Entrepreneurs’ Organization Member and Founder of WAG, Australia’s leading natural dog treat brand, says joining the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) has been extremely formative.

“Since joining EO nine years ago, we’ve transformed from a tiny team of three to a robust team of sixty,” Jeremy says. “Every metric, from revenue and  profitability to market reach, has significantly grown.”

He continues, “EO has fundamentally shaped me as a leader. It’s given me the confidence to lead boldly, knowing that others have navigated the same paths before. The biggest lesson from EO is realising that you’re not alone in  your journey.”

EO supports its 20,000+ global members, including hundreds across Australia,  through local confidential forums, peer-to-peer mentorship, and tailored growth programs such as EO Accelerator, designed for entrepreneurs turning over $250,000 annually. By fostering genuine community connections, EO  prioritises shared experience, mutual support, and open collaboration. At a time when 88% of entrepreneurs report mental health challenges, based on the 2024 Founders Report, this collaborative model is delivering outcomes that are both measurable and changing the lives of Australian Entrepreneurs.

EO Australia is currently undertaking a national study to explore the direct links between community support, wellbeing, and business performance. Results will be released in June 2025.
