In a surprising turn of events, Hollywood power couple Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were recently spotted together, sparking rumors of a potential reconciliation despite reports of an impending divorce.
The estranged pair was seen enjoying a family brunch at the luxurious Beverly Hills Hotel in Beverly Hills, California, on Saturday, raising eyebrows and fueling speculation about the state of their relationship.
According to an exclusive source, Lopez and Affleck were seen at the Polo Lounge, a famous hotspot for celebrities, showing affection and enjoying each other’s company. “Ben and JLo are currently at the Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel holding hands and kissing,” the source told Page Six. “The kids are with them, but at a separate table.”
This sighting comes amid ongoing reports that the couple’s marriage has been on shaky ground.
Representatives for Lopez and Affleck have yet to respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
At one moment, the duo was captured in photos having what seemed to be a serious conversation inside a car parked outside the venue.
For the occasion, Lopez donned a long-sleeved black crop top paired with flared dark-wash jeans, while Affleck opted for a casual look with a blue button-down shirt, jeans, and Nike sneakers.
The “Hustlers” actress, 55, also made a statement by wearing her engagement ring on her pinky finger and a “Jennifer” ring on her wedding finger.
Affleck’s children, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12, along with Lopez’s 16-year-old twins, Emme and Max, were spotted entering the hotel with the couple.
The family gathering also included a brief appearance by Affleck’s ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, who was seen leaving the hotel with their kids after having brunch.
The sighting comes nearly a month after the “On the Floor” singer filed for divorce from the 52-year-old “Argo” star, marking what would have been their second wedding anniversary in Georgia.
In her filing, she cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their separation.
