The High School Musical star bought the magnificent home seven years ago for $ 5.8 million.
The magnificent four-bedroom house is in Hollywood, with two floors and a guest house. The guest house has its own gym and sauna.

Efron, 33, has most recently been working in South Australia for the movie Gold.
He will star alongside Anthony Hayes and award-winning actress Susie Porter, and Hayes will also direct the film, based on a play she wrote with Polly Smyth.
He also did a local project led by his friend and broadcaster Kyle Sandilands.
Sandilands explained that his company, King Kyle Group, had recently entered into a business with a company that organizes live pets for children’s entertainment.
Speaking to Mediaweek, he explained, “Zac Efron will be one of the voices, Dannii Minogue will be one of the voices, I will make one of the voices.”

As for Zac’s emerging relationship with Australian waiter Vanessa Valladares, 25, it seems they are still growing stronger.
As the story progressed, romance began at the Byron Bay General Store where Valladares was waiting for tables and making coffee. Understandably, the Valladares manager initially encouraged the two to get to know each other, believing that they would hit you.
