During the prime days of Brad when he could play hard and eventually party harder in the 90s, we would have had a chance to find NRL legend Brad Fittler returning home as the sun was rising, rather than waking up in the morning to practice yoga and meditation techniques.
But times are changing, of course, and these days you can find a more flexible Littler on the yoga mat very early in the morning, taking out the “oms” and working as hard on his mental functioning as he does with his health.
Activities In Brad’s Routine
“I’m big on routine so ensuring that I stuck with one during iso was key,” the Blues Origin coach and Channel 9 star told Hacker Hacker.

“Sea swimming, yoga and breathing are what keep me mentally and physically healthy and the eye has given me more time to do that.”
Forced to separate from home for some time like most other people by the year 2020, Fittler is a philosopher when it comes to looking back on a year that managed to find some good things at a difficult time for everyone.
“I think that iso has made everyone slow down and there’s a little bit of work going on, which is great,” he said.
“It has given me more time to spend with the family and to get more sleep and rest.
“It also showed the wider community how to be productive in time and, at a slower pace, and I think that’s a good development.”
When asked for life advice to give guidance to those who want to be led by the born-again Zen Master, Fittler gives wise words about dealing with haters: “Do not take criticism from someone who will not take advice from you. ”
Sage’s advice – especially to anyone who would say, is facing some heat after the recent defeat by the expelled Maroons team.
Tips From Brad
Diet
“I believe the key to a healthy diet is balance and everything in balance,” Fittler said.
“There is no need to limit yourself, but try not to drink too much.”
Exercise And Workouts
“Exercise is still very important to me and will always play a big role in my life,” said Fittler.
“I try to mix it up a little bit – to use one day, the sea to swim the next, kicking a ball with my kids and another yoga for many days.”
Motivation
“When I sleep well and meditate, I find it easier to be motivated by almost anything.”
Happiness
“Happiness means spending quality time with my family”.
Success
“The secret to success? Sleep for eight hours, every night. That’s what you need. ”
