Titus Day, the former manager of pop music star Guy Sebastian, has been accused of fraudulent allegations that he embezzled royalties and operating fees from the first Australian Idol winner.

The Downing Center Regional Court was told on Friday that 61 charges of fraud against the celebrity manager who had been originally charged have been dropped.
Their reinstatement, according to court documents seen by NCA NewsWire, is 61 counts of fraud.
Mr Day, who was granted bail, did not appear in court.
He is accused of embezzling $ 1.15 million from the star.
Suspected amount reserved by the manager ranged from $ 109.48 to $ 214,565.88.
Mr Day’s lawyer Daniel Wakim said outside the court his client was maintaining his innocence on fraud charges and would fully protect them.
“All 61 fraud charges against Mr. Day have been dropped,” he said.
“At the moment Mqhele has chosen to commit a separate case in which Mr Day maintains his innocence and will fully defend himself.”
The 61 cases of fraud were confirmed on Friday and will continue in the Regional Court.
The trial is set to begin on February 18.

Songwriters and producers of DNA (‘Sounds of Peace’, ‘We Got Love’, and ‘Don’t Break Me’) and Louis Schoorl (‘Tonight Again’ and ‘Dance You Off’) have been nominated as Jessica ‘Hilda’ by Mauboy of the Year.
In honor of Helen Reddy’s memory, the ‘I Am Woman’ music reunion includes Australian Eurovision singers Jessica Mauboy, Montaigne, Amy Sheppard, Dami Im, and Kate Miller-Heidke.
