Australian golfer Greg Norman has revealed that he has been tested for Covid-19 on Christmas Day. He has mild symptoms.
The 65-year-old twice British Open champion, now living in the United States, posted the news on his Instagram handle with pictures of himself in a hospital bed.

“This sums it all up. My Christmas Day. On behalf of millions, fuck Covid,” Norman wrote to his 188,000 followers. “Get this shit behind us never to experience it again.”
On the eve of Christmas, Norman posted a video in which he described as having “little signs/symptoms of potential Civid” even though the test brings back negative results.
“I feel like I have a cold, I have a flu, I have mild-fever, I cough, I have aches and pains, I have a small headache,” he said.
“So I separated myself. The worst place I will be on Christmas Eve but I don’t just want to risk touching any of my family or friends and loved ones around me. ”

Only last week Norman played in the father-son PNC Championship in Florida with his son Greg Norman Jr.
The duo finished ninth in the tournament in Florida, two places behind Tiger Woods and his 11-year-old son Charlie.
“Let’s look forward to 2021 and beyond, and make this world a better, happier, more prosperous, and happier place,” Norman said.
